Company Totally Unresponsive

I ordered this product for my iPhone. I paid extra for stats.

For almost a week Ive been trying to get the stats on my iPad. You have to send in a request. I have heard nothing. I sent an email. That was ignored.

Terrible company to do business with. Total losers.
